I'll say that's very cool --- The guys get a place to work on their trucks, and the store probably makes out well.... Any little part you may need is right inside. Cool.

autozone has a strict "no working on cars" in their parking lots, but its rarely enforced. Its really good for business, people go in to buy the parts, they get an area to work on their vehicles.
