I need to replace my o2 sensor on my 05 f150 with the 4.6 engine? Is this a hard replacement?

Nothing that can't be done with some basic handtools. I'm not too familiar with Fords, but I suspect you have more than one O2 sensor, so do you know which specific one needs to be changed? You might run into difficult access if they are up toward the front of the pipe, close to the manifolds. If it seems tight, you might have to apply some heat to the pipe around the sensor.
