Not my main setup with my chuckbox and full size stove and all (pics next summer of that) but this is my mini kitchen for a day trip to the mountains scouting out new camping sites.

Here's our new to us Drifta kitchen in the back if the camper trailer. Haven't had a chance to use it but it's very well built, lots of space, pullout drawer for a sink etc

Really like your pantry and table setup. Is that something homebrewed? It looks like it extends out more than just the tailgate length correct?
I have a JKU as well and have been trying to decide what type of setup I want to do outback. I've toyed with buying the Teraflex table but now that I am learning to weld I would probably be better off building something myself.

I took a Swiss military surplus instrument case and bolted a Partner Stove to its base. It is removable with wing nuts but keeps everything tidy and handy and every easy to clean.

I have a front runner utensil set strapped to the lid and I unfold it and hang to the existing case latches when open.

I used straps from awl-mart and rivited them to the case as well as a small mesh pouch from a Nemo Tent accessory.

I put this on a Lifetime grill table and also a snow peak for the weber Q120 grill.

This has been an exceptional setup and the envy of any campground we visit. I also use a griddle plate that straps to the partner stove when in transit.

I always wanted a KANZ however this came in cheaper and the way it stores in my truck has made it ideal as I can stack on top of it easily. The case is also water proof so I can throw it in a raft or on the roof rack if needed. I also like re-using old surplus stuff and giving it a new life.

Of course the ARB Fridge and small Yeti Handle the beer and food duties. The Yeti doubles as a very expensive step stool to reach the ARB as the truck is very high off the ground.

I am ditching the rood top tent however, it is simply not a practical way to camp and takes up MUCH precious roof rack space. A shame since I love the novelty and conversation it creates wherever we go, but alas, it does not make any sense for our needs.

I dig the cases! Where'd you get them?

It is a "home brew". Marine plywood, GRP, aluminum and arborite. The countertop folds out and then again so it's quite large and it protected from the mud and dust. If you are going to build your own, just be sensitive to weight and make sure you support it well.

Now you're running with the dog!

This is good. Lots of ideas to steal from. I hope nobody minds. Here is the start of my kitchen which is still a work in progress. I carry a 10x10 ez up to cover our kitchen and provide shade off the back of the truck. Usually the tailgate serves as the counter top but when the bugs are out we keep the camper closed and have a small roll top table that we use instead. The kitchen works great but I need better storage organization as everything is stored in a big Rubbermaid container. Here it is as of now with my beautiful wife cooking some dinner:

And one of the whole campsite with the kitchen off the back of the truck:

I think I need a bigger truck!
I bought a few of the Plano tubs you have at Walmart...they are great and fit in my CDN M101 tub like they were made for it. One is for food and cooking stuff, the other is for all the other stuff you need. The wheels on them are a nice touch too...I thought they were a gimmick but they work great.

I have some work to do to my camp kitchen this year, want to inset the sink into the counter and then make a splitter for the water outlet to not have to use the HW heater hose to get my cold. All easy stuff, just need to get off my ******** and do it.

Not really an expedition item, I suppose, but I really want one of these GoGalley hitch-transportable kitchens:

You can fold it up, and it has a lift system that lifts itself up on your 2" receiver.

Retasked a pelican tool chest into a kitchen. Was hoping to get a partner stove into it, but the stove was slightly too big. Here it is just after I mounted the new drawers:
