My undated M116 trailer came to us last year from craigslist.
So with warm weather we decided to do away with the Military Shiek we had been rocking for the past year and start to build it for our trip out west this summer.
First was a new Axle, Wheel Adapters from Adventure trailers and Tundra wheels and tires to match my Tow vehicle.
We used the steel bows for out RTT and Awning. We lowered the ones for the RTT but left the Awning taller. We may go back and lower it.
So it was time to sand and paint. The whole family got in on the action. After we finished I took it to a welding shop to have the 2" receiver installed so I can run our swivel hitch from Adventure trailers as well.
