Hey all. Yes, we're alive!
It's been a busy, busy last couple of months and things are crazy.
A couple of things ...
1. We're going to post up some "scratch and dent" merchandise for sale in the For Sale: Expedition Equipment section of this forum. There are some great deals to be had. Most of the gear is being sold this way because the packaging was damaged either in shipping to us from the manufacturer or getting bounced around in the back of the FJ traveling from various event to event. Take a look and send an email to sales@overlandgourmet.com if you see anything you like. All prices including shipping anywhere in the United States and are non-returnable, non-refundable.
2. Snow Peak has been back ordered on just about everything. Many items will be back in stock middle to late June, with some not arriving until July or August. This has been frustrating for everyone, but we've been working closely with them to increase the quantities in their US shipments and Overland Gourmet will be stocking larger inventories in our warehouse to avoid future supply chain issues. Some of the items affected are BBQ Boxes, IGT Frames and legs, IGT accessories, IGT extensions, some tarps and the Large Single Action Folding Table. If you have a specific question about a particular item, email us - sales@overlandgourmet.com and we'll check into it for you.
3. Our first run of IGT inserts will more than likely debut the first part of July. The local manufacturers we've been working with to develop these have had an enormous backlog and are now starting to catch up with things.
4. If you missed it on our website, we have free shipping (anywhere in the US - that means you too Alaska and Hawaii!) on Snow Peak's awesome Baja Burner. This runs through Tuesday at midnight. Grab one while you can because they sell out quickly.
5. Check out our new Feta Dip recipe - it's awesome!
6. We started carrying Hydro Flask bottles and they rock! If you saw them at Expo, you know they're top notch build quality and have an amazing ability to keep your cold beverages cold longer and you coffee hotter longer. FYI ... all standard mouth bottles are sold out, not just at Overland Gourmet, but in the US! Hydro Flask will have them back in stock sometime mid June. In the meantime, their 40oz bottles are worth a look. We still have a few colors available, but they're going fast. Email sales@overlandgourmet for color and quantity availability. Also, there new 64oz Growlers are awesome! Take one to local brewery and load up on your favorite brew before heading out on your next adventure. Stainless is sold out, but black will be available for shipment starting first of next week.

8. Have a great Memorial Day weekend everyone! Post up some photos or recipes of what you'll be enjoying this weekend. We're envious. The next couple days are going to consist of paperwork, inventory, and cleaning out the National Luna. Oh, it won't be all bad tough ... we have a bottle of scotch and some cigars we're looking forward to!
