Hard to find real world usage datapoints for how much electricity you might use daily. Here is one that is conservative, but not "no use, anti-tech", which a lot of folks bragging how little electricity they can get by on seem to be.

Overnight 14hr Camp Energy Use
Tune M1 Canopy Camper
Pecron E1500LFP power station, 1536 Watt-hrs
Went from 100% Down to 59%, so used 630 Watt-hrs.
630 Watt-hrs seems a good number for a normal camping night of 14hrs with constant low fan, LEDs, phone charges, diesel heater on low, and hot chocolate and coffee for 2 people. The water boiling took 163 Watt-hrs, leaving 467 Watt-hrs usage if you don't use electric kettle to heat water, or maybe round to 500 Watt-hrs a day.

For me, this means my 1536 Watt-hrs power station will get me 2.2 days use without recharge. I need to recharge 630 Watt-hrs a day, which I can do from my 100W car input in 6.3 hrs driving. Or around 2 hrs driving with my Tacoma "400W Anytime" mod.
Or 2-3 hrs good sun with my 330W portable panels.
Lastly, if I toss in a 12v 100Ah mini Lifepo4 lithium battery, 1280 extra Watt-hrs for 20 extra lbs, I can now go 4 full camp days without any recharge.

A common power station size is 2000 Watt-hrs, which at 90% efficiency for mixed use AC and DC, gives about 2.8 days at my usage.

Actual electrical use:
1. 14 hrs camping from setup power on to off, 1930 to 0930. Dark at start, 45f decreased to 32f.
2. Maxxair fan #1 exhaust 14 hrs to stop any condensation
3. Vevor 5kw diesel heater 14 hrs, setting 1 or 2 except 10 min max before shutdown.
4. 500 ml water boil, 45f to boil, hot chocolate, 120v Elec. kettle.
5. 1000 ml water boil, 60f to boil, coffee, 2 large 500ml travel mugs
6. 250 ml boil, oatmeal
7. LED camper lights, 3 hrs medium bright
8. Phone recharge 50% to full x2 phones
9. Earbuds recharge
10. Heating blanket, 12v, 50w 30min
11. DC fridge was run off separate battery, and left in cold truck cab overnight so on electricity used to hold 35f.

Diesel Use, 0.16 L/hr setting 1, 14hrs, 2.25 L total used. About half a tank, measured with own volume lines marked on tank, Vevor has 5 L tank.
