In that first pic you posted above, the catch for the door is longer; is that something Jay did from the shop, or did you get a longer one?

Yes I have. Fully built, including 20gal of water in the tank, the setup adds around 1400lbs to my truck
Just curious — is the 1400# fully loaded or just camper, water and interior build. Does it also include your truck mods too?

Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.

I've got the same set up on my camper. The catch on one door is longer than the other.
I had Jay install a longer one due to the position of the awning. Without a longer catch the top of the door was dragging on the bottom on the awning cover. I was worried it would wear through the cover if I tried to push it past every time the door was opened and closed.

Cheers

Sorry about the slow response. Yes, that longer catch is because the doors are asymmetric. It’s for the lower half to clear the taillight. Jay included it with the lower half install kit, and I installed it

It was hard to nail down the exact weight, but I estimate just the camper with a full tank of water (26.5gal) is 1400#.
This was based on weights of other double cab Tundras and the difference of weight of my heavy tires
