Hi

This is in the swiss Alp, at the altitude of about 2400m / 8000ft. In the back, you see a glacier. Very sweet spot where I like to go camp and walk once a year. It is only accessible from mid to late june due to the snow. The vehicle is our Nissan Patrol Y61.

This was taken in Joshua Tree NP over President's Day weekend.

My friends and I enjoyed many mountain sodas that night. You can tell by the quality of the photo and my buddy fast asleep next to the campfire.

Both areas are definitely beautiful and have a lot to offer.
They're also pretty close to OC/LA/San Diego, so that may have something to do with it.
