They're 11r22.5. True tractor trailer tires and alcoa aluminium rims. They're all show but nice on the highway. Will be going supersingle at some point. Undecided on whether I'll go 22.5x12 with G178s at 395/65 since I already have the adapters to run 22.5's or first attack 20x11 with g275. What's on there now are 41" tall so I could even get away with some surplus 46's but I'm worried about them blowing out at highway speed on me. I also have the autoingenuity data pack for Fords and I was able to reset my speedo to true mph with the 41's so I'd like to stay at that size. It's currently on the largest tire setting.

Got a little closer to getting my side compartments completed over the weekend. Reused some old sport climbing carabiners to fasten the chain to the doors. Greatest thing about the doors is they serve as a tailgate and there's nothing I like better than sitting on a tailgate and drinking beer after riding. They'll also be awesome workbenches in addition to the secure storage they offer. When folded all the way down I can access the back of the compartment but they're workbench height is only feasible for 6' tall people. Next week I plan to fix the headache rack. The welds and metal securing it to the deck are shot. Then I have to install some 3/4" eyelets into the deck for tie downs. Everything just seems to be taking a lot longer than I anticipated but that's what I get for not accepting the common path.

I'm also just going to post this here because I saw it on the net and envision my next build will be a modified 25' long shipping container on some old school 6x6 iron like this. With a bathtub and wood burning stove inside I'd have no desire for a home. Just a metal shop with a gym inside on a couple acres in a rural area would serve as a home base of sorts. Been slow to post bc everything seemed to be taking longer than anticipated. I picked up 5 continental mpt81's in the 41" size late spring and they sat in the garage all summer until I had some time off work in September. I had to remove the adapters and figured while I was in there I'd replace the 20 year old brake system and lines that I didn't like the looks off. Additionally I reworked all of the shortcuts that the lift installer took to get the truck back to original owner. Another lesson in don't let anyone else work on your truck. I had to extend the brake lines and rework the transfer case shifter for it to shift back to 2wd.

Another costly fix courtesy of the lift installer. They bore out one of the hub assemblys to mount the 10 lug adapters but I guess this was too much work so thankfully they didn't do it to the rest. If anyone is curious about the stoutness of dana 135 axles they are heavy duty.

Than loaded the camper back on to do some more testing to try and find any more issues with the truck before I go too far from home.

So currently here in December of 2021 I've been daily driving the truck to work 60 miles round trip and I'm approaching 1k miles. I got towed home back in the spring time for a bad injector pressure regulator. Also threw a new camshaft position sensor on it while I was troubleshooting it just to be safe. Than back in November I broke down on a test drive and got towed home 20 mi with the camper on it hooked to a newer f550 tow truck. LOL. That was the injector control pressure sensor and I was bummed after learning that if you just unplug it you can limp home. Unloaded I'm seeing 11 mpg hand calculated. The overhead is reading 15 mpg but I'm not seeing that. Yes it rides rough and a 201" wheelbase requires some planning before entering a tight parking lot but I think its worth it.

Last but not least my spare tire carrier is about done. Was supposed to be mounted up this week on my mc carrier but I'm home sick not wanting to give my cold to my brother who was kind enough to build it for me as this is a bit above my current metal working skills
