Problem with ORIFICE

Hi,
I hope any one can help me with this,

I have a Mitsubishi FUSO FM260 model 2006 , I have a problem with the part of nozzle

, inside the nozzle there is apart that called ORIFICE, I replaced it maybe three

times in 5 months. I took it to two or three engineers, but they didn't give me a

good solution they just replaced it and after month or two I face the same problem.

If any one know what is the problem , I'll be glade if you give me a solution.
The nozzle it self is haven't any problem just this part .

Nothing worse than a problem with your orifice, where is this part from?

I am assuming it is the orifice for the injector nozzle. It is a strange problem. I would want to know what is failing.
