Propane stove regulators: Camp Chef and Coleman identical?

Have you had any issues with the stansport regulator hose?

I bought a propane tank to 1lb canister adapter (I’ve forgotten the brand) and within 6mos the hose started cracking and leaking propane.

Can't answer as we stopped using that stove late in 2016 when we went to a bigger camp chef propane two burner free standing stove like this one:



But I never had any issues with the 20lb adapter when I was still using the small camp stove. I think they all work pretty well.
