Props to ARB USA

I called ARB last week to see if I could change the cross dowel retainer pins on my old style lockers for the newer type. The old style requires a special tool for removal, a tool I didn't have when my rear R&P gears broke.
The bad news is the new style won't work on my locker.
The good news is they sent me the tool and a spare pin at no charge.
This is typical of the level of service I have had with them. A couple of years ago I ordered parts to rebuild my air pump, the guy that helped me made sure I had everything I needed and suggested what I should have for spares.

The customer service at ARB never disappoints. I had pinched a line on my locker when I first had them installed which resulted in a failure. When I called ARB to buy lines and fittings they sent me everything I need and an airline repair kit to make fixes on the trail gratis.

I've had similiar experiences even when things were out of warranty, they have sent me repair/spare items at no cost. Gotta love that.:punk03:

Right on. I had a great experience about 5 years ago. I busted a ARB air locker in my dana 35.. yep.. easy to do. Anyhow.. it was under warranty, so no biggie. The problem was, i didn't want to run a 35 anymore.. and i was switching to a Ford 8.8. They kindly sent out a first run production air locker for me under warranty of the 8.8 version. It was super nice of them cause they didn't have to do that. They could of just sent me another d35 locker. Also i was running 35's and the warranty only was up to a 33" tall tire i believe.

Count me in as a very satisfied customer of ARB's

When I bought a used RD89, (it was sold as new, never installed), ARB rebuilt for me for the cost of parts and shipping (which in the end the used locker and the parts came close to buying a new unit).

Then a couple of weeks ago, the switch cover broke and fell off. Thru TRDParts4U (Thanks Jaque!) ARB sent me a new switch cover and some swag free of charge....

It's all small potatoes, but to me it's the small things that count!

No problem, I'm happy to help!

I agree as a distributor and consumer of ARB products, that the customer service is great!

Well, not to boast but I've had better customer service than any of you. I've had both axles locked for better than 5 years now and haven't even needed to pick up the phone!!!! ARB makes a good product.

Only five years? Mine are well over 10 years old, I'd have to dig out the receipts to know exactly how long I've had them.
