Quick 3.4V6 oil filler cap question

After a year of owning it, I noticed that my T100 seems to weep quite a bit of oil around the filler cap. More than I'm used to with other vehicles. There's a groove that might be for an O-ring molded into the cap ... should it have one? Mine has no O-ring or washer.

Mine has an oring.

Haven't been able to verify for t100s, but Tacoma & 4runners that have the 3.4 all use part number 9043037140 which is a gasket, not an o-ring.

I'd also replace the pcv & gromet for good measure if you haven't already.

Thanks for the part # 4eigner, and I'll check some of those other sources of oil "misting" as well.
