Raising the rear

I've completed installing the 2000 E350 Chassis Quigley axles and stuff into my 1990 E250 RV. it turned out the rear is one full inch lower. It seems that leaf springs sagged from my donor chassis or the RV is rear heavy.

I would like to raise the rear two full inches. (A 3-inch block is already there from the Quigley chassis). The current spring pack has 4 leaves.

What are the options?

I already have air bags lying in the garage, I took off from my other truck. What are the pros and cons of air bags vs. replacing the spring packs?

Is it OK to be riding 2 inches on bags, while the springs are "slacking"?

Only real benefit of bags over new leaf packs is adjust ability, based upon cargo/load weight.

They are ideal for trucks that vary in weight often, based upon what the truck is hauling (or totally empty)

You can run just bags to gain your lost ride height on your current leafs.... but it will not result in the best ride.

As I mentioned, best bet is new leafs with the appropriate load rating.
