Not new to the site, but new to the Toyota side of this. I recently purchased an 01 4runner sr5, that the previous owner had started a build with a hodge podge of parts. I know most is ok, but not thrilled with the rear shocks. He said that he used a set of toytec rear shocks from an fj cruiser along with 8 1/2 wrap lc front springs...5100 tundra bilstien front struts. id like to replace the rear shocks to match the fronts...would be grateful for any help on part #s ?

Does a bear..........
He probably meant Tokico shocks, which are OEM for the LC.
This is one of the most common ways to lift the 96-02 4Runners. Matter of fact, that is the Exact lift I have on My 01 4Runner. Bilstein 5100's from the Tundra TRD 4x4, and LC shocks in the rear with LC springs.

If you really want Bilsteins for the rear: They are Bilstein part # 33-187174 https://www.summitracing.com/parts/bsn-33-187174

Front:
(2)-Toyota TRD Progressive Front Coil (48131-AF090 & 48131-AF100)
(2)-Bilstein 5100 Series HD Shocks (24-261425)

Rear:
(2)-Toyota 80 Series Land Cruiser Coils (48131-6A570)
(2)-Optional: Toyota Tokico Shocks (48531-69417)
