Description: Selling my heavily upgraded 2020 Black Series HQ12, and likely the only one in the country with 2 factory bunks. It has less than 1500 miles on it. It tows easily with my Ford Ranger, and has always been stored in a climate controlled garage. It really has been pampered, and I have put over $15,000 into upgrades on top of the original price. All service and modifications have been performed by a local RV specialist company, and I can arrange the owner and lead technician to be present during a walk-through for answering any questions for serious parties. With the modifications we are able to stay off grid with full water and power (assuming sunlight), for over 2 weeks. It has both indoor and outdoor kitchens, each with 3 burners and a sink. Indoor and outdoor showers. Highly capable off-road. As listed below, I am selling because my two beloved girls are now "too cool" to go camping... sigh, offspring.

Upgrades:
  • 300 AH lithium house battery. Brand new, paid $3000, less than 8 cycles (see picture)
  • 720W of solar panels
  • 2nd factory bunk. Likely the only H12 in the country that has 2. Allows to sleep 5!
  • McHitch Australian off-road hitch. Incredibly easy to hitch/unhitch. 360 articulation.
  • Equalizer weight distribution and anti-sway system
  • Nature's head composting toilet - No black tank dumping. Liquid waste is plumbed to grey tank, and water goes further. No smell. Can easily be reverted to traditional black tank toilet if desired.
  • Energy star AC where the previous microwave was. Extremely efficient. Can easily run off solar and battery. Remote temperature control. I still have the original microwave and trim if there is a desire to switch back
  • Maxx Air fan deluxe. Remote temperature controlled
  • Extra (2nd) Fiamma awning (Over $1k value). It is not installed but comes with the trailer and can easily be mounted on the other side.
  • Yakima bike carrier included
  • New Vizio TV
  • Dual Rear view cameras with remote screen
  • Upgraded water filtration system
  • Secondary refrigerator/freezer in front storage compartment
  • New Rancho Shocks. Less than 300 miles since install
  • New Timkin bearings. Less than 300 miles since install.
  • New Dexter brakes. Less than 300 miles since install.
  • Victron MPPT solar controller
  • Extra kitchen power outlet tied to Inverter
  • 2000W AIMS inverter
  • Digital Thermostat
  • New CO/Smoke detector
  • New memory foam camping mattress topper

Nice setup!

Does that dinette area convert to an additonal bed?

Have you put it on the scales? I'm curious if the 4,500# and 750# tongue weight is accurate?

Thank you! She’s a garage queen for sure. Very pampered. Yes, the dinette converts to an additional bed. I have not put it on the scales, so I’m not sure on the exact accuracy TBH. I do know that replacing the Dometic AC and switching to lithium batteries lightened the weight a bit. Also not having the Dometic on the roof significantly improved any sway tendencies.
