Refrigerator for RAM crew cab backseat

We're looking to add a portable refrigerator to our 2021 RAM crew cab to supplement our FWC Hawk with Dometic CRX-1065.
On longer trips we could use more food storage and it would be great if I could keep fish / chicken frozen.

The space available is on the hump on the floor since our dog travels on the seat. It looks like we have a footprint of 15-16" wide by 18" long to work with.

Has anyone installed any of the smaller Engels in the backseat area of their trucks?

I removed the rear seats in my Ram 3500 for more storage for gear and the dogs and installed one of these from Amazon.

Works great and doubles as a place for the dog to sleep on.

I took my backseat out as well, I had a large pet carrier and a small Alpiccol back there.
