Zolo. Are you still running IFS on that thing? If so thats some nice crawling shots. A full description of your rig and suspensions set up would be killer. Maybe in just a PM or something.
Another general question that I dont think needs a whole new post is. What kind of seats are you guys running? All the reg cabs I find are just a bench but that really doesnt offer any kind of support. This truck will be a DD as well as exped rig so I would like to get some nice supportive/comfortable seats to throw in there.

No solid axle, Im running Sway-a-way coil overs 2.5"shock body with a 650lb spring. The rear is OME, with there extra leaf. No sway bar up front.
True trac in the rear, open up front.
The IFS has been fine.
I can PM you the rest.
And no rock crawling. just the short rock section of road to Gemini Bridges north of Moab. Its a good trip and must be made by all.

Not a true Expedition build by any stretch, but might give a few ideas. It still worked well as a medium distance traveller. I had this before the days of RTTs etc so most was just packed in the bed.
Only photo I have hosted right now of the bed setup.....sorry about the mud. Fullsize spare, CO2, Axe/Shovel, Fire Extinguisher, Work light. Two ammo boxes at rear, one for recovery gear, one for fluids and small spare parts. Larger Medical box in center for other gear that needed to stay dry and protected.
Had plans for a water tank under the bed, and bed cover with lid and tie downs to allow for second layer storage.
