I will grab some detailed pictures for you.

The pop-out insulation is an awesome idea too, it gets COLD up here! I would like to see how yours turns out.

The coldest I have done in it has been right around 35 F. It wasn't too bad, but I only have the heat strip in the AC unit right now. I really wish they would have put in the propane heat system when that I had ordered. It would have taken them another two weeks and I had just driven from Washington to Indiana and couldn't hang out for two weeks waiting for the refit. I figured I could do it myself, and can, but have not gotten around to it yet. I am axious to see where your propane bottles are, what hot water heater you have, and how and where they put the wet bath. Do you have grey and black water tanks? All I have in mine is a porta poti and my sink just drains outside on the ground. I hook a hose up to the sink and run it away from the trailer. I have to be carefull about what I put down it in the woods. I got a bunch of bottles of Organic biodegradable mint soap. It is ok for most stuff and I don't feel bad about getting it on the ground in the woods, but it doesn't clean pans well, especially with no hot water yet.

I haven't gone down to 35 degrees yet but maybe 40 a few weekends ago.
I just went out a took a bunch of pictures rather than post them up, here is the link to my photobucket, I have tons of pics of it.
If you go back a few pages too, there are more pics of the trailer.

looks like they just screwed the mounting plate for the tanks right to the frame.
There are two access hatches on the front, the one on the left has nothing behind it, so it did not matter if they covered it up with the tanks, and the placement of the tanks still allows me to have access to the pump and water heater on the right.

We have a 20 gallon freshwater tank and a 14 gallon black/graywater tank. I would like to have separate tanks for gray and black but that was not an option when I bought mine, that will be a project for next summer, there is tons of room under the trailer to install an extra tank, so it should not be a big deal.
With the LP and wet bath package they installed a 6 gallon water heater, I have used it about 6 times and it works great, the shower itself is plenty big, I am 5'11" about 175lbs and have plenty of room in the wet bath to shower comfortably.

The thing is so easy to clean too, we have two dogs that shed constantly and we just open up the back and sweep it all out!

That is way different than mine inside. My problem with the propane tanks is that I use the front compartments for storage. My porta-poti privacy room as they called it, is next to the kitchen and if you open the right front hatch while it is in use you will see ***.
I was thinking of installing a flush toliet but I found a really nice portable one made for long term base camps. It is regular height and has a real seat. I am thinking I will just do an outdoor shower. If it is too cold to shower out side, I am probably not going to get that dirty either, and it would be better to use for the dogs.

GREAT LOOKING TRAILER! Would love to hear more of your experiences and opinions on build quality and options you have.

Thank you!

So far we really like the trailer, and the build quality seems to be really, really good.
They built all the cabinet frames out of tubular aluminum and all the cabinet skin is black aluminum sheeting in ours, I am no expert on welding but I think the welds all look decent.

We ordered ours without the AC as we have never used it in our old trailer and never camp where there is power anyway.

We ordered ours with the optional sofa sleeper which comes in handy when you have to wait out nasty weather or if you want to sleep inside without deploying the tip out bed.

The LP wet bath package added an outside and inside LP port so you can use the two burner stove on the galley counter or outside on the side of the trailer, kind of a nice touch but we find we just leave the stove outside and use a single burner we already had inside.
It also included a LP furnace that heats the trailer easily and quickly.

The wet bath is plenty big for me, I am 5' 11" and 165lbs and I have more than enough room when taking a shower and the 6 gallon LP water heater works great, the outside has a shower hook up too with hot and cold water running off the 20 gallon fresh water tank.

It has a 14 gallon black/gray combined tank, I would like separate tanks but that was not an option when we ordered ours, I don't see any reason why I could not add an extra tank somewhere in the future as there is plenty of room under the trailer to expand.

It has two 20lb LP tanks, I think I use one tank a year.

I did not want to mount permanent wheel chocks in my new trailer, so I picked up a "Bolt it On" wheel chock system, I works great, it installs quickly and can be removed just as quick, I would recommend it to anyone who does not want to drill holes in their trailer floor.

There are a few things that could be improved on but luckily they are small issues.

1. The mattress in the tip out bed is thin and uncomfortable, the Froli system might be an excellent solution to this problem.

2. The fresh water and black/gray holding tanks do not have level indicators so I never know exactly how much water we have left and how much room we have left in the black/gray tanks. I am not sure how I am going to deal with this one, I may just deal with it for now and replace the tanks a few years from now.

3. The Aluminum floor is COLD! we just bought a 5x8 cheap black rug and lay it out when camping and roll it up and stow it when I load up the bikes.

4. During construction they produce lots of small shards of metal I can never seem to clean them all up and I keep finding them in all the corners and cabinets and hard to reach areas, luckily I have not gotten one in the bottom of my foot yet.

All in all it is a great toyhauler and should last much longer than the stick built style RV's plus its the only self contained toyhauler I could find that a 1/2 ton can easily tow.

If you have any specific questions that I may have missed let me know.

Thanks for the interest guys.

Thanks for the links!
The carpet is a small buffer, but it does seem to work well, we didn't do a lot of camping in cold weather (sub 20's) so it has not been a problem yet, but I bet this spring I will be able to tell if the cheap rug works well in the cooler temps.

Wow! that SeeLevel is exactly what I need! thank you, I had no idea that product exsisted

Nice setup I've been looking at these for a couple months and want one my only concern is I want it for my two sport quads and I'm concerned if they will fit front to back. What is the distance between the bathroom and the side of the trailer? The 12' distance isn't the concern it's the width up front that might not work.

The distance from the bathroom door to the outside door is probably only about 3 or 3 1/2 feet maybe 4 feet, I can double check after the weekend, but my gut says a second sport quad will not fit that space, unless its a kids machine.
