So the LED turn signals i had on the back were really bugging me (first world problems). I did not like how the LEDs showed through the lens, it just didnt fit the classic look of the bike. So after many hours on the internet i found a solution that is exactly what i envisioned from the start.
while they are still LEDs, the lens matches the taillight, and you can not see the actual LED through the lens. With the rubber grommet it now matches perfectly..

Alright, mail from England comes fast!

Got the sump skid installed, its thick and burly and fits perfectly. Install was slightly painful due to the clearances around the mounts but when its on its pretty low profile. it stops just before the main drain plug on the underside of the engine, so that is clear for oil changes. it does cover that secondary drain though, but i never use that one anyway. I have wanted a Enfield ever since I saw " One Crazy Ride " and " Solo To The Top Of The World " .Both are amazing DVD's !!!.
