RTT Ideas Wanted - Looking for Homemade RTT examples

I didn't build this one, but I just bought it from the guy who did build it. It's nothing fancy, but it wasn't $4k either.....

Inside dimensions are 44"x66"x24" tall. Flip top hinged towards the front. Tongue jack, and then a leveling jack for each of the rear corners. Tailgate opens to the left. Tailgate has locking latches, lid has locking latches. RTT frame set up on lid. Overall, a pretty decent little trailer.....

The poor man's RTT a DTT " deck Top Tent " on my M101a2.
7' x 7' expanded steel deck that fits my dome tent perfect.

My trailer is big and the deck fits well. If I had a smaller trailer I would just hinge it in the center and fold open to one side.

Total cost........$150.00

I originally thought of doing that with my trailer... had I not wanted the annex I would have.
