Just received my tent today and I was wondering something, Has anyone sprayed their tent/rainfly with camp dry or similar product? PRetty much any camping/backpacking item i've owned I have sprayed with camp dry pretty much before even using. good/bad idea? all info is appreciated, thanks!

I haven't done anything to my RTT, and the only time it got wet inside, was when my wife left the door flap rolled open, and the wind was blowing really good, pushing the rain inside.

Came back from exploring, and had wet bedding:Wow1:

Had mine for 4 years now, and have camped during some good rain storms, with no problems.

I've not sprayed anything on mine. I have a Mombassa with the "plus" poly cotton fabric. What type of tent do you have?

I did Camp Dry mine and worked great

Just realized I posted this in the trailer section instead of the camping section, but anyway thanks for the input! now I just have to finish up my trailer so I can get it mounted before summers over. and Errant I have the same as you.
