Not really SAR but I'm a first responder/ emergency recovery. I'm on the highway though. we got some pretty sweet trucks.

Little late to this party, but, after seeing this thread, I took pix of our two primary units during the last call-out. I am a probationary (for now) member of the San Luis Obispo County unit, which is attached to the sheriff's office.

We are pretty busy as we are a vacation destination. We patrol the Oceano Dunes and are called to remote locations pretty regularly. Just not very rugged country here, however.

My volunteer rig. 1990 FJ62. King County (WA) 4x4 SAR. Swapping it out for my 1999 Tacoma though.

And just because I can. Everyone else has the "support Search and Rescue, get lost" stickers. I thought I would go a different route since our main role in 4x4 is transport and communications:
