Scepter Fuel Cans - wont ship to LA?

Im trying to order a few scepter fuel cans, but no one will ship to me in los angeles - Dam california!

Can i ship to one of you out there and then u ship to me? Pleeese? I have to have 2 asap as im welding my roof rack for my 4runner and i need to have the cans so i can weld the holders in place for them. thx.

Does anyone have a couple they can send me and ill ship you new ones, or any other IDEAS?

Yep, CA and a couple other States won't let you have them. But i got my NATO cans from a army surplus store in Placentia. If they're already here in the state your good, you just cant order new ones.

Mine are clean and never used. He has tons of them and i think they're $10.00?

Scepter cans can be shipped. We carry them. We simply cannot sell the can without the CARB compliant nozzle. We are in Upland. You can either pick them up or we will happily ship them to you. PM me for details.

The problem is the can is not CARB compliant but the nozzle is. As I understood it, we are not allowed to ship them to CA.

is the nozzle just so you don't spill and release bad gasoline fumes?
what if you're only storing biodiesel which doesn't have them cancerous smells?
