Get a controller with good data logging and the flexibility to go either way.

Then before permanently wiring, A/B test for your circumstances, including perhaps inevitable partial shading.

I am trying to size a controller, OP said he had 2 100Watt panels, 200watts/ 12 = 16.66 amps, so will the( victron 75/15) 15 Amp controller be enough?

Yeah it should be, I just bought the 100/20 version for running 4 X 100w or 3 X 160w panels

100W 18v panels x 2 in a series is 200W/36v = 5.5A.. input power is well under the 15A rating limit of the spec sheet.. the controller is limited to 15A output @ 13v, it will throttle that down even if more wattage is hooked up according to spec sheet and input current is cannot exceed output current (voltage is different obviously) .. so everything is fine, a whole 5w would be wasted if ideal conditions were ever met.. (13v*15A=195W)

Yes, plenty.

Key with the Victrons is keeping VoC rating away from the voltage limit, here 75V, hitting that can break it.

On the power side, 15A means say 220-240W with a nominal 12V bank.

But you can go over by quite a bit NP, to maximize $/W average, called over-paneling, even up to 300W.

You lose a little output during peak insolation conditions, but gain a lot of average power over a variable-weather week, especially away from the equator or not using a tilting rack.

24V bank, double the above.
