Thank you JWP58.

Keep an eye on Craigslist. That's where I found mine. Often times they will fit more than one vehicle. Mine for instance also fits a Chevy Colorado. So a little research may help you find what you're looking for.

BTW, I'm still debating how I'm going to attached the box inside the bed. I had thought about building a bracket out of a strip of steel or aluminum to bolt it to the bed/body mount bolts. I've heard they are insanely tight though and won't come loose with anything less than a high end 1/2" impact, which I don't have. My next thought was to glue it down with some clear silicone, which would also make it harder for moisture to get under the box. That seems a little hokey though and I'm afraid it would peel off the bedliner if I ever need to remove the box. Aanyone have any other ideas?

Well the box didn't work out as well as I hoped. As it turns out the plywood I bought was $50/sheet garbage. Less than a month after installation the plywood was delaminating and leaking causing the drawers to mold. GREAT. So while debating what to do next I found this on craigslist. $200 later the heavy bastard was mine. This will be the basis of the new drawer build. The rest will be constructed of 3/4" OSB and Raptor lined.

Excuse me, it's MDO that I'm looking at for the rest of my platform. Anyone know anything about the stuff?

Did you spray the bottom of the plywood with the Raptor liner? If you did, then maybe try sealing the wood with a polyurethane first and then spray the liner on.

MDO...Are you referring to MDF?

Wow thats quite the transformation! How are you liking your suspension combo? I'm trying to decide between a full OME kit or going with the All-Pro goodies.

I don't have anything to really compare to but so far I like it. The ride was a bit stiff before I got the front bumper and winch. I'm debating replacing the front bumper with an aluminum model from SOS Concepts. If I do I'll probably replace the springs with 887 which are longer than 886 but have the same rate as the 885. I had about 5" of lift in the rest when I pit the expos on. I added a Weathergaurd Packrat drawer to the bed for about 6months. The drawer was 380lbs unloaded. Even after I removed it I think I'm only at about 3 1/2". There's no way I could live with the regular Allpro springs. I simply carry too much weight for that. I kinda wish the Expos were stiffer.
