Throughout my desert wanderings I have always sought out evidence of aboriginal ancestors from that particular area. Usually all that remains are bedrock mortars, petroglyphs and if you're REALLY lucky some pictographs and/or actual artifacts. So, lets see what everyone on here has to offer. Especially if it's something that you found on your own while exploring. The tourist sites are great too!

Last Light at False Kiva

After no fewer than a dozen attempts to photograph sweet light and a dramatic sky at False Kiva I finally succeeded last May. Fun hike, beautiful and spiritual location.
