My Starting Point - Very Original '84 Hilux 4x4

This is where I'm starting from in my quest to build a small, expedition-style vehicle for backcountry adventures. It's a bone stock 1984 Toyota Hilux pickup that is surprisingly original. Until I acquired it, it spent it spent 32 years in a small mountain town in Southern California.
