Funny but this same push for summit on there TJM close out has come up a few times in the past few months.

It looks like the recall does not affect this kit. Additionally the issue is the text on the box was wrong (I'm certain 99.9% of people throw away the box anyway).

"Consumers should remove and discard the outer cardboard packaging of the product. Inner labels and instructions are correct."
