That's the builder, Jesse, just finishing up (zip-tying the trimmed fender liners so they won't flap.)

Is the top wide enough to set a coffee cup on? I think my ARB is used more for a coaster for my coffee cup than anything else.

There is a pretty big open space in the back of the bumper for the winch to sit in. Access to the clutch lever and remote control is through a hinged door that the license plate is attached to.
