There are a whole lot of people that enjoy these bbq boxes. They are just too busy grilling to post here. :)

That looks a little more like my local Yakiniku place than the Snow Peak BBQ box. Or is it really that nice?

I totally think the box is worth getting, it is just near the bottom of a long list of things that cost between $100 and $500.

yes, it is really that nice.

I understand how we all have a long list of things, but does it really matter what you get first? :)

Well, I had a few of those things stolen out of my truck, which set me back quite a bit. Not having a GPS anymore stinks. On our last trip we wasted hours trying to reconcile the USGS Quad with what was on the ground in an area with enough treecover to make seeing landmarks impossible. We got lucky in that we actually passed a survey marker that told us which corner of a section it was. So, first on the list is a new GPS.

Fortunately, Amazon now has an "Add to my wishlist" button that lets me add any thing from any store to my Amazon wishlist, so now the BBQ box from your site is added to my wishlist. Too bad my birthday isn't until February.

This box is creeping up my wish list now that wife and I will have more opportunities to day trip for trout streams & grill out in the evening. I see the overall dimensions on the web site & pics on EE - could someone post the dimensions of the cooking screen? Just a last check to say - yep, meal for two will be OK there, taking turns not required....

That looks to be the integrated table setup that snowpeak offers.
http://www.snowpeak.com/lux/IGT/index.html they only run close to 1K. I hate when peopl ask what would you like for your birthday, Christmas, anniversary and so on. Everything I want cost over $500. I can't help it I have spendy tastes.

Aaron

a lot depends on which pieces you get. But a basic setup would be WAY less than 1K.

You stop it Hochung, you already make me buy things. You put shiny pictures on your site, it just isn't fair. Will you be carrying the snow peak long chairs any time soon? Thanks for all the great stuff. I will be buying a grill soon.

It's ok. Blame it on me.

We'll have them listed on our Snow Peak page soon. We need to snap more pics of the product along with the variety of different possible setups:

Appreciate the dimensions - sounds fine for our purposes.

Modest hijack since we're on the nice Snowpeak items at EE - any chance they'll have a snap-in lid for the H300 size cups like the newly added one for the 450? The 300 version of the double wall Ti cup [w/o handles] is just a friendlier coffee size...

This is the #1 quality of mine that my wife doesn't appreciate! ;)

You've got to love the Snow Peak set-up. I use mine at home a lot, too.

I can't wait for the rest of my kit to come in. Snow Peak had a quality issue with some of the Bamboo. As a result, some of my kit is still on back-order.

I've used mine many times over and am very pleased with the purchase. I keep it in a Pelican and use the other room inside for briquettes.

Apparently I'm not the only one in the family that likes it. I just discovered my father also purchased one.
