How does it drive on the freeway? Does it track straight? Stay straight when you hit the brakes?

Does it need anything? Any electrical problems? All gauges work? Etc?

If you want, email me at jrose609@msn.com

It drives well. It drives fine. Grabs ruts on the freeway, pulls a little to the passenger's side while braking.

No electrical probs, fuel gage is intermittent.

Need anything? Left front side marker light bulb. Maybe an oil change. That's about it.

It's a 60 series with oversized tires and a lift. You tell me.

no, what he's saying is...

does it drive ok?

"You tell me" is not an acceptable answer for someone who wants to sell to someone who may not get a test-drive before driving a truck, sight unseen, back to his homestate, IMO.

Maybe thats just not how I roll. :snorkel:

Right...but moderately lifted 60s drive quite well, everyone's just curious as to if you have any front-end issues?

exactly, for example:

"My xj runs a stock suspension and steering setup. While the brakes are top notch with a very effective, strong ABS system, the steering is a bit worn. There is a bit of weeping grease from a few rod ends and the upper steering rag joint is a bit loose, which does not create any vibes or wandering, though it does create a "loose feeling at the wheel. This translates to about 2" of play when turning the wheel. The rear springs are sagging a bit, but the shocks seem to be in good shape."

thats what I'd tell someone if they wanted to buy my jeep.

Honestly not giving you a hard time, dude, its just that there is a high occurance of "flying in and buying a vehicle" on this forum and an expectation of honest details. :)

Thanks for the input, Daddy.

It drives fine. Grabs ruts on the freeway, has a couple fo inches of play in the wheel, pulls a little to the passenger's side while braking. Tie rod ends were replaced at time of the knuckle rebuild.

"you get a box of parts which includes ... a spare door"

Is it a replacement for the damaged rear door on the driver's side?
Does the damaged door open and close without too much effort?
Do the door seals on the damaged door let dust and moisture in?

When was the most recent time the front axle/birfields were serviced?
Do you have service records for the four years you have owned
the truck?

Thanks.
