Nice Cruiser, you certainly went all out!
Been on the market though for nearly six months, I think that says something loud and clear.
I am not trying to be an ******** here at all, I am just going to offer some advice and food for thought.
I sold my 100-series 4,500 miles from the USA (both myself and the truck are located that far from the states) in 3-days for my full asking price. No haggling, no messing around, no bs. So take this for what it is worth.
You built a truck you wanted spending lots of money on the engine you wanted. It is not the truck everybody else wants, it is the truck you wanted. 4BT's have a horrible reputation in the Land Cruiser circles for being loud, vibrating skid steer engines. This has been well known for going on a decade or more. More than once in this for sale thread you try to make the point that it is not loud, doesn't vibrate and is not a skid steer engine. Companies like Proffits Cruisers have cranked out $50k 4BT Cruiser builds that six months later the owner could hardly get $15k for. Think about that for a second.
I hope you get everything you are asking for it because you obviously poured a lot into the build and it is a nice truck. But you may want to rethink your next build especially if you don't plan to keep it for 20yrs. Had you just done a 1HDT swap it would have sold in 2-weeks, 4-weeks tops. Or for that matter a 400hp LS TurnKey LS Swap. Also labor costs are fluff, you will never recover them. Maybe you don't have the desire to do the work yourself or maybe it is just a time thing but spending big bucks on labor is a HUGE waste of money if you are not going to keep the truck long term, like 20yrs. $1200 for some basic stuff recently that probably was well under half that in parts was wasted money. I am just saying, I have been there and done that and I hate to see people lose lots of cash on a truck. Imho this truck is worth $18k tops and only to the right buyer, with the 1HDT it is worth $30k all day long.
GLWS and good luck with whatever you get next!
Cheers
