That's correct... the plate lifts up (spring-tensioned) and there's both 7 and 4-pin connectors, which are the factory plugs, just mounted in the C4 bumper. I've used the 4-pin many times for pulling trailers. I don't remember using the 7-pin. I will occasionally dab a little dielectric grease on the terminals to make sure they're never an issue

Nice rig, pretty much what I’m looking for, What is your open hwy mpg as is with the lowered gearing? Is the receiver hitch the factory stock? I’m in far NW Montana, too far for a Quick Look unless we sort some things out first! Mark

Usually 16-18 on highway, depending on speed (usually have cruise at 81mph) but wind and hills are the variable there. The rear bumper (C4 Fabrication) has the receiver integrated and the license plate flips-up for access.
