Our custom overland camper is for sale. This camper was built out in 2020-21 on a 2018 chassis. It has been a great platform for adventure with our family of six.
A four season camper, it's been used for ski trips in the winter with a Espar diesel/water heater and all water tanks enclosed in the habitat box.

Construction is aluminum 0.040" sheeting over a powder coated 2” square steel frame.
Roof and floor were built with 3/4" honeycomb fiberglass panels.
Frame is insulated with XPS foam board - 2 ½” between studs and ½” over studs.
Interior walls are constructed with ¼” plywood.

Passthrough between cab and habitat box with removable door
Habitat box is secured to truck chassis with a spring mounted frame to reduce chassis twist transfer to the habitat box. Frame is bolted to chassis in rear with 4x springs on each along the length of chassis rails.
