2013 money initially. Lots of costs have skyrocketed since then (like EC's used to sell for what, under $200k back then? Now $400k).
Where did it sell for $140k (down from $220k initially)--off GXV's site?

A 2012 Turtle for $140k is likely a reasonable price if it has systems which would be pretty dated compared to the2018 one for sale in this thread. AGM vs Lithium for instance...

I couldn’t find it advertised here at that price...

I'm not speaking for the OP, and not sure if its the case here, but most of the vehicles i have seen with Pass Throughs do in fact remove it.
