Hello Folks,
I have a 2008 Chevy C4500 Kodiak Ambulance available.
Specs:
6.6l Turbo Diesel
Allison Transmission
Alcoa aluminum wheels
Sway Bar
Braun Module with Sliding side door and electric step
front and rear AC both work, shore power works
Oxygen bottle lift installed can be repurposed
New Vanner Inverter
This Rig was an active ambulance 3 weeks ago. It is in very nice condition and will be a perfect platform to build a Expedition Vehicle.
There are a few things it needs that I'm working to take care of before the sale. Im mentioning these things in case I don't get it done before you take it home.
#4 and #6 glow plugs threw a code. I have both plugs, they just need to be put in. I did not receive the keys to the rear module so I am in the process of getting those. Lastly, the rear aluminum fender flares were pretty beat up and need replacing.
Aside from the mentioned items, I would classify this truck in excellent condition for a 2008. The bottom of the rig was undercoated when it was new so there is zero rust.
There are currently 131k miles on the rig and a clean title in hand.
Full size pass through with a door from front to back of the rig so you don't have to get out when you want to leave or when you park at a site.
I do have 20'' military Beadlocks and 41" MPT80 tires that are brand new that I can install for an additional cost or you can stick with what is on the rig.
