I'd love to buy this, I really would, but its out of my price range. And I think the 'rent's would go nuts if I brought it home.

EDIT: If ever there was a candidate for grafting a westfalia poptop, this is it. Someone must do it.

Or an RTT bolted directly to the roof and an access hole cut.

Well, I didn't want to say anything until it was in my hand. I have a check being FedEx'ed to me and should have it in the morning. It's heading to Ohio.

Offically sold. Check in hand and buyer arranging shipping.

Sad to see it go but happy it will continue it's journey into a camper.

Thanks for the kind words and best wishes.

Greeting One Guy,

yes I am a bit concerned. No amount of precaution will prevent something to happen. I have been to Northern Mexico a million times and I was never bodered by anyone. However,Just in case, I am headed through Baja California all the way to La Paz. From there, I will take a ferry to Mazatlan and bypass the northern states of Sonora and Sinaloa. From Mazatlan I go straight to Guadalajara. with out stopping. The whole point is to to get past Mexico City where things are a bit more calm.

That is a good route choice and Baja is not to be missed. But if you want to get past Mexico City fast the Gulf Coast is much faster. If you are brave (nothing really to worry about) do the Mex200. It is one fantastic drive!

The only problems you may have in Mexico is the police aksing for money. Otherwise you won't have any problems in Mexico, just be smart, street smart.
