2016 T-350 XLT Medium Roof Passenger Wagon- Campervan Conversion
13,500 miles, 3.5L Ecoboost, 3.31 gearing, Limited Slip Differential
Under warranty until December 2019

We bought it as a 10-passenger wagon which gets you the carpet floor, complete headliner and wall trim, A/C and heat throughout the entire van, full side curtain airbags for all rear passengers (Not available in the cargo vans or any Sprinter) and rear speakers. Also has a factory tow package with Tow/Haul transmission function, charcoal cloth, and keyless entry (combination pad on outside).

Modifications:
-Kenwood headunit, speakers and aftermarket backup camera (relocated to the top of roof)
-PIAA headlights (low + high beams) and Rigid Industries Fog lights
-Black vinyl wrapped front end
-Rear LED Flood lights on rack (nice to have when setting up camp)
-Aluminess custom roof rack with ladder and cutout for the roof fan. Low profile side rails, tight slats so you walk and three adjustable crossbars
-Fiamma F45S 10' Awning
-Van Compass 2.5" Lift Kit, installed by Van Compass
-245/75R16 Hankook Dynapro All-Terrain Tires (only 5K miles on them)
-Ultra Toil black alloy rims
-Fox Shocks on rear, tuned by Van Compass for campervan weight
-Wet Okole custom neoprene seat covers (front seats and triple bench seat)
-Replaced chrome grill with a black matte factory grill
-CR Laurence slider door glass with t-vent. This required removing the wagon trim and making a custom piece that fits factory lower door gaps.
-Husky floor liners
-Weathertech mud guards
-Factory vinyl floor cut to cover the carpet floor
-Windows tinted all around, including the front doors
-Passenger swivel seat

We have it setup in a "crew van" configuration with the rear side windows insulated and covered (can be removed) and the 3-person bench seat in the factory location. We replaced the slider window with a CR Laurence with a ventilated section. T-vent combined with the roof fan creates a nice draft through the van.

Camper Build:
-Fully Insulated with Thinsulate and Hush Mat sound deadening
-Full set of Strawfoot insulated window covers
-Custom platform bed (removes in 4 bolts), steel and powdercoated. Setup to sleep sideways (Adults 5'11" and under can sleep full extended). Queen-size width. 75"long x 60" wide.
-Custom cut 4" foam mattress with sewn cover and 1" latex topper.
-MaxxAir Roof Fan. Exhaust or ceiling fan, can be open while driving and in the rain.
-Solar power w/ 210aH battery bank: 300w solar panel with Victron/Blue Sea components wired to 2 x 105aH AGM West Marine deep cycle batteries in a custom battery box. All wiring professionally done.
-ARB 50 Qt Fridge/Freezer
-Custom storage galley for water, cassette toilet and supplies. Bamboo top.
-LED overhead lights powered by the solar, factory dome lights have been replaced with LED bulbs and run off of the starter battery
-Alternator charging as well. If it's cloudy for multiple days, you can use the engine to charge the house batteries.
