- Annual winterization of the water tank to ensure cleanliness
- Used to have an EZ-Awn 270 deg foxwing awning installed, but I have since moved it to my vehicle. Tent configuration on the rack remains unchanged, so it would be very easy to reinstall an awning of your choice.
- The water heater is having trouble igniting. New batteries did not help. Not sure if it is the ignitor or if the unit needs to be replaced. They are approx $180 new, so I will knock $250 off the price to cover purchase and install of a new heater.
- This company started out as a military contract for super-tough trailers. This thing is built very well!
