2007 Ford E350 Chassis with a Supreme Corp. 7ftx10ft Box

Location: Superior, CO

65k original miles

Asking $30,000 OBO. Clean and clear title in hand. I’ll accept cashiers check from your bank, or cash.

All components/build out/upgrades have been done within the past year with brand new components and have less than 3,000 miles on them.

Van was built out to be a multipurpose adventure rig. We built and used this van to chase fresh powder and sweet mountain bike trails all over Colorado. As such, we made sure it functioned equally as well in the summer months as in the winter months fully off grid. This was considered when designing the electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the layout configuration. We sought out a short box van with a single rear wheel to convert as it allows for a queen size bed to be installed across the back, while keeping overall vehicle length and width to a minimum, and thus maneuverability to a maximum. It easily fits into any size parking space, and into most drive throughs (under 9ft total height).

Reason for sale: We love this rig but are looking to buy a house and could use the cash for a down payment.

Note: Some personal items included in pictures will be removed from van before sale.

Please read entire ad before contacting me with questions. If you see the ad, this is still available for sale.

Van is able to be insured as an RV, lowering costs of ownership.

Van will be sold with full fuel tanks, water tanks, and propane tanks. Add clothes and food and tour the country.

Denver Airport meetup can be arranged for serious parties looking to fly in and purchase the vehicle.

Full details below.
Drivetrain
5.4 liter V8
5r110 5 speed Automatic Transmission w/Tow Haul Mode
4.10 gears with limited slip
65k original miles
32+ gallon fuel tank (Most I’ve ever put in was 32.5 gallons)
Hitch rating of 700lbs tongue weight, 7,000lbs overall weight
Van was originally a Texas vehicle-completely rust free, super CLEAN undercarriage
Van is 2wd. We purchased with the intent of converting it to 4x4, and it is an excellent candidate for a conversion. The chassis cab is much easier to convert than a traditional van as you don’t have to modify the fuel tank or exhaust, etc. However, after our use of the van we quickly figured out there was absolutely zero need for 4x4. We have taken this thing through mountain passes with snow absolutely dumping (some epic powder days up in Steamboat this year…) and on some rough, muddy, and rocky forest service roads and trails with zero wheel slippage. With a lot of well distributed weight over the rear axle, good tires, and the limited slip rear axle, we decided there was no need for a 4x4 conversion as it will literally go anywhere we have wanted with ease. If you decide you have to have 4x4, conversions can be done by many shops for between $12-15k. Buy this for $30k, have the conversion done, and still net out better than any sportsmobile for sale today.
