I'm the third owner and the truck has 103,555 miles, got it at about 73,000 miles. No significant problems. The truck spent 4 months in Wyoming and has been in AZ ever since. Great tow vehicle and does well off-road considering its size.

Good:

4.56 gears with Detroit truetrac installed by Westcoast Differentials in Tempe, AZ. I'd say the gears have less than 15,000 miles. No whine. With this size gear the traction control light is on and I haven't seen anyone that's been able to tune it out yet.
Blackbear tune. Currently running 87/89 tune. Awesome difference over stock, great throttle response and shifting. Will provide tuner to swap in 91 tune.
Tru-Cool 40k transmission cooler
Bilstein 5100, Moog HD coils, Timbren suspension enhancement
Cooper Discoverer AT3 (235/85r16) went on around 75,000.
Full synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles since I got the truck.
Changed the plugs just before 100,000.
Will include new AC Delco tie rods, end links, kryptonite tie rod sleeves, Cognito pitman and idler support bracket kit, intermediate steering shaft, and steering shaft bearing.
AC blows cold.

Bad:

Burns a little oil and has some visible leakage at bottom of the pan. I think it's the rear main seal (common) but it hasn't been a big enough deal to pull the transmission.
Typical GMT800 steering slop. The extra parts listed above were being collected to fix, just no time to install. I'm pretty confident the steering shaft and bearing would clean it up, I haven't found any slop in the pitman or idler arms.
Interior is a mismatch with leather captain chairs in the second row and a cooler for a center console. These were stop gap "mods" to fit my family's needs on road trips. Some stains in carpet around the cabin, hole in carpet in driver footwell, broken trim pieces here and there, DVD system does not work. The dash, however, is in good shape.
Rear passenger window needs a new regulator. Window is secured shut with bailing wire inside the frame.
Rear window is finicky and could use a new liftgate actuator assembly. If you know how to close it it's not a big deal, but the glass won't stay latched if you slam the rear liftgate.
Paint has desert pinstripes and there are no roof rails.

Asking $8,000 and open to reasonable offers. Please feel free to reach out for more details or pictures. Located in Tempe, AZ.
