I spent two years of my life travelling in the Americas in a Jeep. That's a whole other story than the thread haha. I remember back in 2016 looking up on forums trying to find the best stoves to bring onboard. I brought three: The XGK by MSR, the Solostove Titan and an old Primus.
I ended up using mostly the Solostove Titan. I wasn't sure about it back in '16 but I am so glad that I got it. It's been soooo used and abused hahaha. I wrote a review here. That's my blog of the journey. It's rare that something impresses me nowadays, as the quality of things manufactured seems to have gone down in quality.
Just figured I say something about the stove if someone else is looking up to buy something bulletproof. I must have used it over 800 times, and goes like new.
