i kinda like those offset split amby doors, like the 70 series and monteros ect. but i guess i'm just used to the tailgate and dont like change.

i get some diesel exhaust, its not bad i need to re-seal the rear end i thing it'll be fine.

One the best Moab trips I ever had was in the old beast that we called "Big Bear". Sully, Tyson, myself and another friend packed up all our goods, loaded into the 55 and hit the road. The thing had never been more than 10 miles on the road under our ownership. We swapped the motor, did a SOA, and tossed some better seats in her. We rallied it all over Moab. The funny thing is all three of us (Sully, Tyson and I) all had built 40's at home, but the 55 was the only thing that really sparked us to head out on the road trip. Taking turns driving, taking turns wheeling it. What a trip!

Funny thing Dre, this was supposed to be your 55. I got it when I bought out DJ's inventory, you were going to trade him some webwork for it :sombrero:

I know, and thank god I never took it... I knew so little about 55's at the time and thought anything could be fixed... The one I eventually used wasn't much better and I put so much time into it... And a year later it started rotting as well..

He did, added a 3spd TC, and he is working on the PS steering as we speak (like literally I am on the phone with him lol). He's doing an FJ60 setup on it

Seeing all these SOA pigs makes me think I am going the wrong direction with mine. That red one is sick. On topic, I think you should keep the 55 instead of going with a 60. I like the 60, but the pig just looks better imo. Plus your vehicle is so custom most the benifits of a 60 arn't going to apply outside of the rust issue.
