Chris, I haven't seen Tom in a long time and he hasn't checked in here lately, but I don't believe that his rear diff lock happened. If anyone knows better, please correct me.

For anyone stumbling on this thread and wondering what's happened in the past three years . . . the situation is a lot better than when Tom was such a brave pioneer.
