Hey there - just wanted to share my pop up camper build from a few years ago.
I built a metal frame from 1" square steel tubing and sheeted it with rigid styrofoam SM. I shaped the foam to match the curves of the truck with a rasp and then sealed it with fiberglass.
I built the window, door, woodstove, and insulated chimney pipe from scratch. My mom helped me sew the cushions and pop up fabric. I was going to include windows in the pop up section but I ran out of time. The entire interior was far from finished, but I had to leave for my trip, so it's a bit more rustic than I was planning.
I spent a winter in it on a snowboard road trip before selling it to some friends so that I could build another. Hope you like it!
