Stormhorns
The Presence
Hello Everybody!
Long time lurker. I had a Jeep Cherokee awhile back that i was going to build, but a family member made an offer I couldn't refuse. So I kept a low profile soaking up as much info as I could. After dumping way to much money into the engine of my old diesel I wanted to build, I decided it was time for something different and more reliable. Now I finally have a rig that I can start building for what I want to do.
2013 F150 XLT Super Crew
4x4
3.55 Gears
5.0 V8
Factory Rear Locker
Just Under 27k Miles
Obligatory poser parking lot picture:
As part of the deal I had them swap the tires off of my old truck. So as of now i'm rolling on 275/70r18s Nitto Terra Grappler G2s.
Main Plans Include:
35in tires
Debating between 2in level or 4in Lift
Skid Plates and Rocker Armor
Winch
Bed Rack
RTT
Some sort of spare tire carrier (bumper or in bed)
Eventually be able to perform week long trips self sustained with wife and kids.
I'm sure that list will grow but that is the basics. I'm going to plan a trip to Moab this summer and get a better idea of everything I want to do. :sombrero:
Looking forward to the future.
Thanks for having me!
