Tacoma hidden winch mounts

Forgive me if this has already been discussed, I haven't logged on in a few years due to school.

My question is this:
For someone who wants to install a hidden winch mount using the OEM bumper, without using a big "winch bumper", how does one access the winch for maintenance? I've attached a photo of the type of mount I'm considering, but I'm wondering how the user accesses the winch with this type of mount?

For maintenance you'd probably have to pop the entire bumper off so you can get access to the winch tray. That's what I'd have to do on my 4Runner with a hidden mount. There's some top access from the engine bay, but if you really wanted to pull apart the winch that's not gonna be good enough.

Pros/cons to the hidden winch mount. But once you've installed the winch you'll be a pro at removing the bumper so imo it's not that big of a deal if I had to get to it. Just my $0.02.

I am thinking about getting a hidden front hitch receiver (high ground clearance) and a hitch-mounted winch.
