TaTundra 1 gen DC build

Front is all clear with my bumper on, lots of firewall interfetence but I was expecting that, honestly I don't know how much lift I have cuz I've played with so many setups since it was stock
I really would like someone with a stock DC to measure centre of front hub straight up to the fender flare to compare. Rear seems to be all clear haven't had time to try stuffing it.

Tires really fit the wells nicely.

Anxious to see how much you have to trim. What's the specs on the FN Wheels? Width? Offset?

I'm measuring about 20.25in or 51.5cm from wheel center to the outside lower edge of the flare on my stock 06 DC

These are the specs, they just peek past the flares but mostly under the flare. They also come with centre caps but I think they look better without, starting the tear down tomorrow

The caps just look cheap. Literally looks like a generic cap you'd get at the tire store. It seems SCS could have made them interesting at least.

There's a trd centre cap that snaps in apparently that's the way I'm gonna go

So started cutting last night . I decided to do more rather than less so I pulled the c/o and bump stop and clearanced until until there was no rubbing at all. Ended up with a massive hole but was able to patch it with 2 pieces . The result is at full lock and stuff with the bump stop I still have about an inch of clearance.

Wow nice job. 1st time I seen a tire that close to the body mount on a tundra. Tacos with 33s need the body mount job so it looks like 35s is when the tundra will need it. Lol. Nice

What's your caster at? Ideal is at 2 degrees positive or more. I'd guess yours is more like zero if you're into the body mount. Or, it could just be a doublecab thing.

I did the alignment right before I tubbed and used DJ alignment specs, 2.0 caster exactly

Nice moves! That's definitely a larger hole than what I ended up with but clearly it looks like you needed it! Awesome work and lovin' the new kicks.
