1. Is the hot water heater the Truma Combi water/air. Will it heat the camper too or just water
2. What state is it located?

No i the hot water is water only, i camp at overland it was 28 deg, i closed the top and used a space heater its insulated very well.
South Carolina will to drive 300 miles.

I think you're asking about $4k too much. You can get a 2018 fully loaded (brand new) for $23-25k... The Truma alone is $2500...
